Product Description
Kalsi PVC-U fascia boards are manufactured from cellular PVC-UE for optimal strength-to-weight ratio. The closed-cell structure provides excellent thermal insulation and rigidity whilst remaining lightweight for easy handling. Co-extruded with a high-gloss, UV-stabilised outer layer for lasting appearance.

Installation Requirements
Fixing Method
- Fix directly to rafter feet or battens
- Use stainless steel or UPVC-headed nails/screws
- Minimum 2 fixings per board width at each rafter
Fixing Centres
- Maximum 600mm centres (rafter spacing)
- Additional support may be needed for 16mm boards on 600mm centres
Expansion
- Allow 3mm gap at board ends for thermal expansion
- Do not fix rigidly at both ends of long runs
Temperature Range
- Install between 5°C and 30°C
- Do not install in frost or direct strong sunlight
